With a combined 55 years service in the Military, the Intelligence community and the Police , our staff know the importance of teamwork, honesty and commitment. With operational experience spanning most continents (and the seas in-between) we have conducted intelligence and investigative activity in the most demanding environments. We also know a thing or two about discretion and security. We take your personal privacy extremely seriously, and apply appropriate tradecraft where it may be required. Having held some of the highest clearances in the UK and U.S., you can rest assured our research remains between you and us.

After completing public service, our team has been involved in research, publishing and content creation in addition to leading tours at home and abroad.  Our company grew from the clear demand for high quality, accurate and concise research on the history of Scotland.  From the Act of Union, through the Clearances, spiritual awakenings and World Wars, our research has led us to all four corners of the planet.
